The Organizer, Viking EcoTours, must be successfully contacted to arrange the cancellation. A cancellation fee may apply, which will be deducted directly from the voucher amount. The refund will be made to the End Customer using a payment method selected by vivenu (on behalf of the Organizer) or by the Organizer.

Up to 1 day before the start of the Event, the End Customer can cancel Tickets without providing a reason. The Organizer must be contacted to arrange the cancellation. A cancellation fee may apply, which will be deducted directly from the voucher amount. In consideration of the services of VIKING ECOTOURS LLC their officers, agents, employees, and stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses (hereafter collectively referred to as “VET”) I agree as follows:

Although VET has taken reasonable steps to provide me with appropriate equipment and skilled guides so I can enjoy an activity for which I may not be skilled, VET has informed me this activity is not without risk. Certain risks are inherent in each activity and cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the activity.These inherent risks are some of the same elements that contribute to the unique character of this activity and can be the cause of loss or damage to my equipment, or accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. VET does not want to frighten me or reduce my enthusiasm for this activity, but believes it is important for me to know in advance what to expect and to be informed of the inherent risks. The following describes some, but not all, of those risks.

Risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes including, but not limited to, guide decision making, including that a guide may misjudge terrain, weather, trail or river route location and water level, risks of falling out of the equipment and/or drowning while using or operating a kayak, boat, paddleboard, or other vessel or equipment and such other risks, hazards and dangers, injury, or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strain, fractures, partial and /or total paralysis, death or other ailment that could cause serious disability, losses for bodily or personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of  kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, hiking or other equipment or my participation in kayaking, boating, paddleboarding, hiking, biking and outdoors activities.

I am aware that kayaking, boating, paddleboarding, hiking, biking, and outdoors activity entails risks of injury or death to any participant. I understand the description of these inherent risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks may result in injury or death. I agree to assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks identified herein and those inherent risks not specifically identified. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary; no one is forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks.

I acknowledge that engaging in this activity may require a degree of skill and knowledge different from other activities and that I have responsibilities as a participant. I acknowledge that the staff of VIKING ECOTOURS LLC has been available to more fully explain to me the nature and physical demands of this activity and the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers associated with this activity.

I certify that I certify that I am fully capable of participating in this activity. Therefore, I assume and accept full responsibility for myself, including all minor children in my care, custody, and control, for bodily injury, death, or loss of personal property and expenses as a result of those inherent risks and dangers identified herein and those inherent risks and dangers not specifically identified, and as a result of my negligence in participating in this activity.

I have carefully read, clearly understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, personal representative, and estate and for all members of my family, including minor children.

What to Expect: 

1. Arrival & Preparation!
Arrive at the launch 15 minutes prior to departure time to check in, meet your guide, grab a water bottle, cinch life vests, and chill on the banks until game time. Feel free to snap pictures in your snazzy boats! Then we’ll get pumped up and hop on the river.

2. Load and Launch Kayaks!
We may leave earlier than the scheduled departure if everyone is ready to rock. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for the expected weather and shoes that can get wet. It’s likely only your feet will get wet. Feel free to bring anything you think you might need (change of clothes, towels, snacks, etc.). Do not bring alcohol.

3. Cruise the Lagoon!
Float and pedal about 2-3 miles or roughly 2 hours on the water. Get your feet wet, pedal the river, enjoy the day, and witness the beauty of wild Florida. Please NOTE: Time on the river fluctuates based on water flow, wind, rain, etc.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations outside of 24 hours will receive their payment back, minus a cancellation fee. Payments are forfeited for trips canceled within 24 hours of departure, no exceptions.
